MY BIO

I’m an experienced Food and Beverage Outlet Manager on board an international cruise line and a Certified Freelance Virtual Assistant . I am from Philippines but currently residing in Malaysia.  My work is focused on providing excellent customer service, operation and team management, virtual assistance and making a significant impact.   I’m happy to apply the experience and skills I’ve obtained in my career and my studies in order to manage projects through delivering exemplary customer service, creative problem solving, innovative thinking. I possess a strong eye for detail and can thrive independently as well as in a team environment.
